Abstract
A novel discrete event distributed simulator (DEDS) is presented to assist in simulation of very large scale systems on Sun networks. With this DEDS, simulation tasks are automatically distributed onto networked computers without the user´s intervention. To evaluate the performance of the DEDS, an abstract multiprocessor system with 64 processors is modeled and simulated
