Abstract
In this contribution, results of experiments with a nonlinear distributed-feedback (DFB) InGaAs compressively strained MQW waveguide are reported. In particular, we fabricate a device owing its functionality to an optical-intensity-dependent Bragg condition at a wavelength of interest for telecommunication applications, thereby obtaining an optically-controlled switching of optical signals
