Abstract :
A pollution-free high-power switching mode power supply (SMPS) circuit topology is presented, which compounds three-phase PFC with PS-ZVZCS-PWM Inverter Bridge in a single-stage. Its operation process principle and critical parameters are analyzed. Simulation results of a 36 V/400 A prototype show that the PFC of the system is above 0.995 and the zero-switching mode reduces the EMI mostly. Compared with the normal two-stage system, the single-stage power supply has simpler structure, lower cost, higher efficiency and is easier to control.
