Abstract :
Firstly, this article analyzes the root of causing the crisis of confidence between the Chinese family firm and professional manager. Secondly, by means of game theory it builds the faith game model and analyzes the relationship between the both. Lastly, it brings forward the strategy of strengthening cooperation and trust of the two parties.
