Research on energy crisis and corresponding policies in Heilongjiang province

Energy crisis today contains not only the phenomenal of energy storage, but also unbalanced structure of energy production and consumption. With the fast development of economy, China´s demand for energy is more and larger than the past. In this paper, Heilongjiang province as an important energy base is studied. Heilongjiang´ existing energy problems are proposed and corresponding strategies are given, which are to emphasize energy-saving policy and adjust industrial structure and exploit renewable energy.
