Abstract :
The aim of this research is to understand and explain the consumption of e-banking services by consumers in Pakistan and customer´s perception towards the potential benefits and risks associated with electronic banking in Pakistan. It is constraint to Karachi only. Quantitative methods were used as a research methods and hypothesis testing. Finally, a suitable conclusion and recommendations has been given.
