Abstract :
Using fractal theory to discuss the fractal structure and rock fractal behavior, describing some complex fractal mechanism and fractal forming process occurred in the rock damage problem, we can explain and describe the rock mechanics problem that cannot be solved in the past. Make a statistical description of complexity and solve all kinds of problems, letting these problems quantified, precise and predictable. Then by using the method of numerical experiments and combining graphic image processing, the track description and analysis of rupture form in different specifications of numerical specimen and detailed statistics on the fractal characteristics can make you find their own broken system has self-similarity.
