    After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.

    We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

    The network study is a new kind of study way by the learners study independently. The metacognitive is that the main body of cognition does the activity of self-understanding, the self-experience and the self-control to the cognitive auto gnosis. It may help the network learners establish the reasonable study goal, choose the appropriate study strategy, strengthen the self-regulation, stimulate learning motivation and enhance the validity of the network study. In network learning, it should actively build "gravity" system based on web learning environment, "driving" system based on the learners themselves and "assist" system based on teachers and partners to help network learners widely applying of metacognitive and improve the learning efficiency.
