Abstract :
Through investigation on Qingdao university teacher college 100 web courses and its users, we found web courses based on THEOL platform have series of questions in use process. Such as: platform and resource needs to be improved, Students´ learning stays in the shallow learning state, Emotion exchange loss, etc. Therefore, we must adopt some effective measures such as Strengthening software and hardware construction, Lead and manage learners, Improve leaners´ learning ability, Meet learners´ emotional needs and so on.
