Abstract :
We present the study of Tera-Hertz (THz) radiation emitted by using ZnTe crystal as a function of excitation wavelengths varied from 760 nm to 840 nm. The THz experimental data is fitted theoretically by varying the ZnTe dielectric constant values within the prescribed limits. The theoretical model can be used to study the effect of shaped Infra-Red (IR) pulses incident on the ZnTe like crystals.
