Abstract
Presents a fully differential pipelined A/D converter based on digital correction of errors caused by comparator offsets and a dynamic reference refreshment technique. We propose a new architecture for precisely amplifying differential currents that uses dynamic current memories and inherently suppresses common-mode currents requiring neither common-mode feedback nor common-mode feedforward circuitry. Additionally, we propose a new reference sharing technique that considerably simplifies the control of the reference refreshment circuit as well as reducing the power dissipation and chip area
