Abstract
Exceptional or deep default situations may affect the permanency of the power supply of telecommunication equipment. In this case, to maintain the traffic flow, it is necessary to start a true crisis plan to save and restore energy. During the deployment of mobile rescue means, huge trailer moving and parking difficulties increase the intervention time. So it is of interest to propose light, solid state, heavy duty and efficient technical solutions. This research has led to a high speed turbine-generator based on impressive innovations, and the integration of this generating set in a light vehicle, with no need for a specific driving licence, opens up very promising perspectives. After a description of the essential features of the prototype and a comparative study of the electrical, mechanical and environmental field performances, this paper look at the application field of this new technology
