Abstract

Although industrial cluster upgrade is of clear theoretical background and practical basis, industrial cluster upgrade itself is a cloudy idea. First of all, who is the subject of cluster upgrade? The connotation is structural upgrade or functional upgrade? What upgrade paths does it have? Where does the drive of upgrade come from? To solve these issues, it´s definitely necessary to analyze the subject logic, functional logic, path logic and drive logic of cluster upgrade. It´s good for nothing to sweeping in industrial cluster upgrade. In this case, under current globalization, how to get to know and understand industrial cluster upgrade possesses not only important theoretical value, but also significant practical meaning.
