Abstract :
First, this paper uses the traditional DEA method to measure the resource allocation efficiency of the eastern partpsilas software industry in 2005. Then, by using DEA cross-efficiency to make sort of the software industry resources allocation analysis. The results showed that, on the whole, the resources allocation efficiency of software industry in eastern region is effective; The cross-efficiency of Guangdong software industry is the largest, meaning that the resources input-output ratio of Guangdong software industry achieve the optimal The cross-efficiency of Hebei software industry is minimum, meaning that the resources input-output ratio of Hebei software industry is the worst.
