Abstract
The voltage mode control of soft-switched single switch resonant converter is introduced in this paper. The resonant converter is mainly used due to their small size, simple construction, and easy to apply soft-switching techniques. The switching losses of converter are reduced by soft-switching technique on the switch and the usage of single switch. A closed loop control is provided here to achieve the output voltage stabilization for the line and load changes. Simulation is done using PSIM and the results shows voltage stabilization and soft-switching for the switch and diode is attained.
