After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Practice platform of innovative education is the basis for cultivating the ability of innovation among college students. The paper is aimed at designing and constructing a practice platform to innovative education featuring comprehensive functions, standard management and easy operation under the discussion and analysis on issues such as goal establishment for innovative talent training, improvement of training plans, setting-up the curriculum system for the innovative education, formulation of operating pattern and approaches, and optimization of the educating environment.
