  • Abstract
In this paper we present the expected dynamic behaviour of aeronautical communications (AirCom) Internet users and provide the net satellite channel-capacities needed to guarantee the desired QoS. As in our previous works, we focus on one of the most important markets for Internet services offered in aircrafts: the North Atlantic region. According to the expected usage of AirCom Internet services to the average aircrafts´ cabin configurations and to the characteristics of the North Atlantic routes, split figures are presented for each aircraft type.
