  • Abstract
    This paper made the empirical test on the driving factors which affect the incentive effect of the independent innovation in High-tech industry applying the OLS method, It not only studied the influence of R&D funds and R&D personnel on the incentive effect of the independent innovation in High-tech industry, but also considered the influence of the government funds, ownership structure, enterprise scale and other factors. The paper analyzed various sectors of the high-tech industry according to the empirical results, summed up useful innovative strategies and incentive ways that benefit for the independent innovation in high-tech industry, and then rendered relevant policies and suggestions.
