The financial crisis occurred frequently among those main countries of the world since the 90s of 20th century, especially the global finance crisis of these years, which have tremendously stroke the global development of economies and politics, and stability of societies as well, have persuaded publics to set a series of re-consideration and new research towards the problems of financial development and regulation. this article mainly talk about this.
