Abstract
Boundary integral equations for shielded planar transmission lines on uniaxial anisotropic medium are derived. Dispersion characteristics of dominant mode are calculated and compared with those in an isotropic medium. It shows that anisotropic property has more effect on microstrips at higher frequency.
