The restricting factors and mode study of technology innovation achievements transformation

The entrepreneurial transformation of technical innovation is significant to technology development. It would improve the research findings´ conversion percentage effectively if we could find a right conversion mode suitable to local situation. First of all, based on the principle of sustainable development and the current situation of technology achievements in Jiangxi province, this paper analyses the characteristics, mode and basic conditions of entrepreneurial transformation of technical innovation´s achievement in Jiangxi province. Moreover, the theoretical framework of this study is based on the division of labor theory in neoclassical economics. Admittedly, this paper also summarized the current situation of China in this area through the studies of history, current situation and comparative study of mode and policy in international experience. Then in the trade perspective, this paper systematically analyses the restricting factors of entrepreneurial transformation of the technical innovation´s achievement, and the influence of these factors with the methodology of factor analysis. Therefore, this paper summarized the key issues of promoting entrepreneurial transformation of the technical innovation´s achievements in Jiangxi province. Finally, this paper proposes strategic and effective mode of improving the entrepreneurial transformation of technical innovation´s achievement for policymakers in Jiangxi province.
