After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper makes an analysis of the restriction factors in the process of Cultivating Teacher´s Practical Teaching Capability by the form of Questionnaire survey. First, using the factors analysis method, 22 restriction factors are extracted to 5 common factors which are the degree of teachers´ acceptance factor to practical teaching, the factor about authorities to certify teacher´s practical teaching capability, the teachers´ working experience factor, the environmental factor, and the system of cultivating teachers´ practical teaching factor; further, using the regression analysis method, analyzes the influence of the 5 common factors on the teachers´ practical teaching capability. The result indicates that the degree of teachers´ acceptance factor to practical teaching, the teachers´ working experience factor and the system of cultivating teachers´ practical teaching factor are the remarkable factors to the successful promote of teachers´ practical teaching capability, while the factor about authorities to certify teacher´s practical teaching capability and the environmental factor are not remarkable.
