  • Abstract
A study on the intelligence property measurement and assessment was carried out in order to clarify the concept of the ¿intelligence¿ possessed by machines or systems. Such methods like sharing, induction, analysis and simulation was adopted to perform study on algorithm and assessment methods and presented the generalized intelligence algorithm and generalized intelligence assessment method. By employing the intelligent mobile robot as platform, we performed hardware and software design and test which attribute the robot the self recognition intelligence property. The test results show that the intelligent mobile robot differs from simple mobile robot and possesses the intelligent property of indigenously identifying the object of measurement. The generalized property of generalized intelligence grants an ample room of growth, allowing for the development of the intelligence system and the starting of intelligence property test and assessment.
