Abstract
Under the present economic situation, the development of Chinese medium and small private enterprises is facing severe challenges and hard-won opportunities. The writer analyzed the weakness of the tax policies for the process of the medium and small private enterprises´ development and made tax policies suggestions on how to promote the development of those enterprises.
