Evaluation design of learners´ online learning quality in network learning platform

The evaluation of learners´ online learning quality is an important function of network learning platform, and also an important method for distance teachers checking learners´ learning effects. This article discussed the importance and aims of learning quality evaluation in network learning platform, and provided the content framework of evaluating online learning quality from five aspects: participation in learning activities, interaction, resource use, mastery of knowledge and contribution to learning community, and gave two effective strategies of implement learning quality evaluation in network learning platform so as to provide some reference for improving learning quality.
