  • Abstract
    The veracity of the decision in the perishable goods retail is partly relied on the accurate and rapid real time data. Combined with the mobile technologies an information system based on SOA is built to manage the data. The Smart phone is used to collect, exchange and display the information. To be collected the data, the barcode scanner and the barcode identification software which are planted in the smart phone. To exchange heterogeneous data, uniform XML Standard Format semantic vocabulary is built. To develop adaptive page for all kinds of smart phones, dynamic CSS and Mobile Programming Specification Sets are to be adopted. An application system was developed which demonstrate the feasibility of the system in kinds of typical smart phones.
