Study on psychological contract & its breach, make good sense to the practice of human resources management. Base on the analysis of the relevant research of the psychological contract and its breach, little research on the cognition of psychological contract breach which has great research value was found. Discovering the meaning of the cognition of psychological contract breach, it can understand the psychological contract breach and its potential impact on the human resources management through a new perspective.
