Developing low-carbon economy is not only an opportunity but also a challenge to Liaoning. In recent years, finance department of Liaoning has taken a series of measures to support the development of low-carbon economy, including increasing financial expenditure on environmental protection, energy conservation, circular economy, ecological protection and other aspects. In this pater, we aim at analyzing the role of current financial policy in the aspect of low-carbon economy, finding out the defects of the current fiscal policy in Liaoning Province and giving some suggestions.
