Abstract

According to the common limitations of the existing Comprehensive evaluation support systems, on basis of the Comprehensive evaluation theories and Methods is further analyzed, the key steps of system support of decision analysis, including evaluation indices system construction, qualitative indices quantification, subjective and objective decision information input way, evaluation methods selection and so on, are designed in detail. Finally, the network Architecture of comprehensive evaluation universal support system, system function and reasonable workflow which suit universal support system are investigated.
