Abstract :
This paper presents phenomenological evidence of electromagnetic energy radiation from the termination nodes of an electric conductor. In experiments, the electrical current of mega-ampere per square centimeter densities passed through a section of low diameter wire terminated by spot welding to a large diameter wire. Under these conditions, X-rays were recorded on X-ray sensitive film. This radiation was generated solely from the termination points of both the cathodic and anodic polarities, and was not radiated by the wire itself. In this paper, we also analyzed other effects of the passage of mega-ampere per square centimeter currents through gold, copper, and aluminum.
