  • Abstract
The relationship between the impact of the higher education tuition fees and higher education tuition fees had been researched. We got the conclusion that school must have the minimum charge and the family can afford the highest tuition and fees in the market economy. Because the students are unable to pay the higher tuition fee and the insufficient financial resources will unable the school guarantee quality if the tuition fee is lower. Therefore, the two sides will be in a state of the game. The school and family will find a balance. After discounting the incidental expenses, it was the best tuition. The article took into account the differences of the professional category and standards of students among graduate, undergraduate and Ph.D. At last, we got the standards of miscellaneous fees and the tuitions of different professional types among graduate, undergraduate and Ph.D.
