The calculation of the class load of a teacher is closely related to income distribution in university. Developing science and accurate quantization standard is very important to mobilize the masses of the teacher´s teaching initiative and promote reasonable allocation of the teaching resources. Based on the principle of distribution according to the work performed, considering the characteristic of teaching activities process in university, a new calculation model of teacher´ class load in university is proposed, which bases on the result of quantization analysis by time to every teaching stage. Considering the differences of courses offered in different college or school and the differences of teaching quality offered by every teacher, an optimum method to balance the general labor amount of difference colleges and an calculating method of correcting coefficient relating to teaching quality have been offered.
