In order to catch the trend of temperature´s changing in the braking system more accurately. In this paper, thermodynamic principle to establish 3D finite element model. The calculating method of temperature field of brake during aircraft braking is put out. Discussed the boundary conditions and determined the various parameter. In order to know the 3D transient temperature field of aircraft braking in multiple load, ANSYS10.0 was applied to calculate the temperature field of braking. The simulation results are given as the temperature distribution and the keypoint temperature cure. The simulation results shows that this method is more accurate as well as effective.
