Abstract
Universities and colleges´, in human knowledge management, function is important base in terms of knowledge communications, knowledge acquisitions, and knowledge innovations. It has grown into an essential subject for university teaching as well as scientific work in the knowledge economy era how to conduct effective knowledge management and therefore to make it play a key role in knowledge innovations and talent education. Teachers in knowledge communication process need to closely grasp the characteristics and principles in knowledge management, with the steering of teaching psychology and study psychology, to correctly apply the methods and skills of knowledge imparting and thus impart knowledge to students completely and accurately to make them master knowledge´s essential connotation and establish the foundation to achieve knowledge sharing and innovations.
