Financing tactics analysis of information technology enterprise at growth stage

Growth stage is critical to the development of life cycle stages of information technology companies, financing problems is major problems which restrict companies from growing into mature. Now high-tech enterprises such as information technology companies in China are almost at the growth stage, however, study on the financing about growth companies are very limited. With information technology companies as the research object, this paper analyzes all stages of life cycle funding requirements of information technology companies and summarizes the financing channels of information technology enterprises, basing on enterprise life cycle theory. According to all of these, the dissertation gave the characteristics of growth companies in the finance, and explored financing strategies appropriate to growth stage and the financing environment. It broadened the idea of financing decision for the enterprise and gave useful guide for the healthy growth of China´s information technology companies.
