Abstract
Since China´s domestic trade fair companies are facing more intensified competition from overseas counterparts, they begin to pay emphasis on establishing intelligence system to monitor and analyze their competitors and then build effective strategies for competition. This paper, based on analysis of competitive intelligence´s principles, as well as the definition and features of the trade fairs´ competitive intelligence, explores effective management and utilization of competitive intelligence in China´s trade fair companies.
