Abstract :
Based on related research, this paper introduces the theory of psychological capital into the entrepreneurship training in college student. This paper, in accord with the psychological capital intervention model, proposes several interventional measures to enhance the entrepreneurship-oriented college students´ psychological capital from four perspectives, namely, self-efficacy, hope, optimism and resilience.
