Abstract :
Ultra Wide Band operating over frequency range of 3.1-10.6 GHz is the most promising technology especially because of its low cost, low power and high data rates. LNA decides the performance of the receiver. It should provide high gain, low Noise Figure, input matching with low power consumption. This work focuses on achieving low noise figure with acceptable power consumption.
