Abstract :
DNA gene sequences are the vectors of biologic genetic information. Z curves of gene sequences can convert character sequences into visual spatial curve, and it can improve the efficiency and accuracy of judging genetic sequences. This paper uses the geometrical center distance matrix of Z curve to analyze and compare gene sequences, and analyzes the effects of primary geometric center and secondary geometric center. It also base on the primary geometric center and secondary geometric center experimentizes on samples of 11 different common first kind speciesÃ-globulin gene sequences to get their distance matrix, then constructing their evolutionary trees based on these distance matrix and NJ algorithm. Finally we use the method to build evolutionary trees for 39 common species, the accuracy reached 90%.
