Abstract
Affected by factors like changes in tourism demand, scientific progress and others, the tourism mass customization came into being and became more and more popular. Differed from other traditional and standardized service modes, mass customization has its distinct characteristics and obvious competitive advantage. To effectively improve the mass customization of tourism, it´s required to implement consumer relationship management, increase supply chain management level, and put “delay strategy + modular technology” operation mode into practice.
