Research on the explicitation of recessive security cost in coal enterprise

In recent years, along with the aggravating social competition, the coal enterprises take security cost control more seriously, but when those coal enterprises carried on the management, they often neglect many recessive security cost. However, only by recognizing and taking these recessive security cost under control, can we improve the cost conditions of coal enterprise fundamentally, promote its ability to create value, and improve its competitiveness. This article, through the analysis of current situations in coal enterprises, points out the necessity and effect of the explicitations of recessive security cost. Finally, some countermeasures of the explicitation of recessive security costs are mentioned.
