Abstract :
In this paper, we present a novel design approach of robust controller for a class of measure differential systems with delay. To design the controller and analyze the stability of closed-loop dynamics, the Riccati-like approach is employed and a novel transformation of state is introduced. In our approach, it is unnecessary to assume the norm bound of constant matrix of state variable x(t-r) to be small. To illustrate the effectiveness of the scheme, a numerical example is given finally
