Abstract :
The article designs location tracking system used in underground mine based on WiFi (Wireless Fidelity) technology. The WiFi wireless network communication technology can solve problems of difficult communication between miners and mine managers, accurately location of mining personnel, complex terrain, too much monitoring points and requiring larger network coverage; in particular, the place which fiber optic cable can not reach easily, the application of WiFi wireless networking system can effectively reach blind spots of existing mobile network coverage. And we can know the distribution of mine personnel and operating condition in real-time. We use WiFi technology as the core to build the entire wireless network system. Design concept, working mechanism of the whole system, and overall design of software are given in the paper.
