Abstract :
Watermarking is the process of hiding a predefined pattern or logo into multimedia like image, audio or video in a way that quality and imperceptibility of media is preserved. Predefined pattern or logo represents the identification of the author. In recent years, rapid growth in digital multimedia has been noticed. Digital videos are widely exchanged on the internet with great ease and monetary involvement, thus the security of video is main concern in todays digital world. H.264 is currently proposed standard for low bit rate video applications. H.264 provides high quality than any other previous standards with implementation of integer transformation. The proposed algorithm has been implemented for video with Integer based Discrete Cosine Transform for higher speed and low complexity. The blind algorithm based on scene change detection scheme has been implemented and verified to check robustness against temporal as well as some standard attacks. The algorithm has been implemented on VIRTEX-4 FPGA board and results evident the fact of the watermarking algorithm being efficient in terms of low complexity and high speed.
