Abstract :
A true all-optical 3R regenerator based on the "Alternating Data Clock" scheme is assembled applying compact semiconductor devices. Bit error rate measurements at 10 Gbit/s show a negative penalty of 3 dB, which demonstrates an excellent regeneration.
