Abstract :
The paper discussed the status and countermeasures of human resources service industry development in China based on the comparative study. We collected data from existing literature and opened the comparative study from five aspects: comparison of the size of the industry, comparison of operating mechanism, comparison of human capital, comparison of brand strategy and comparison of policy support. At last we proposed several suggestions from three aspects.
