Abstract :
In the knowledge economy, corporate management began to recognize the profound knowledge of business development and strategic value of market competition, knowledge management has been the world´s attention on the many advanced enterprises. In this paper, from the knowledge, the knowledge economy and knowledge management, basic concepts, the author gives the definition of knowledge management, analysis of the knowledge economy and the relationship between knowledge management, knowledge management is that the era of knowledge economy businesses a necessary requirement. Then examined the meaning of knowledge management, objectives, principles, content, and other management relations and the concept of knowledge management projects, classification and implementation steps. Next, knowledge management and enterprise core competitiveness of the relationship between depth, demonstration of knowledge management is to cultivate and enhance the core competitiveness, access to basic means of sustainable competitive advantage. Finally, study the meaning of knowledge management strategy, model comparison and selection, and to make knowledge management strategy implementation of specific strategies.
