Abstract
We investigated fs ablation of 4-N,N-dimethylamino-4´-N´-methyl-stilbazolium tosylate crystals( DAST) with respect to its feasibility to waveguide fabrication. The depths and widths of ablated grooves were determined as a function of the fluence of the structuring laser beam.
