Abstract
With the gradual specialization and complication of enterprise management, the closure of family enterprise culture system becomes more obvious, which result in the poor management efficiency of family enterprise. In order to solve the problem, the paper establishes dissipative structure model of family enterprise culture system based on the idea of open system, builds the indicator system to evaluate the ordered structure of family enterprise culture system and promotes the improvement and development of family enterprise.
