Abstract :
In order to understand and manage organization citizenship behavior more rationally, in this article, we build the behavior selection model and game analysis model to study the drive process and form mechanism of OCB, we also analyze how the incentive mechanism based task performance and organization performance have effects on OCB, and explain how employees make behavior decision by game theory; At last, we suggest some management tactics.
